        The business is located in a two storey building and consists of a 300 sq. meters fully air-conditioned discotheque, a large curved bar, disk jockey booth, small office and liquor store room and a 30 sq. meter souvenir store. 

Facing the scenic Bay of Guaraguao, the 80 seat out door restaurant with its own bar occupies a roofed patio of about 170 sq. meters and is surrounded by tropical gardens. Tables and chairs can also be arranged on the seaside promenade increasing seating to about 120 seats. 

A 70 sq meter, fully equipped kitchen with walk in cooler is located in the main building. 

The 400 sq. meter second floor consists of a 60 sq. meter air conditioned office, the rest of the space being available for storage or eventual expansion. Electrical service is 220v 3 phase with 400 amp capacity with a separate meter for the restaurant. 

All permits are up to date including a liquor licence valid until 3 a.m. The five-year lease is on its third renewal with 4 years remaining on the current term. The asking price is $250,000 and the use of the registered trademark, Mosquito Coast is subject to separate negotiation.
